Unable to concentrate and Over thinking

Hello, I am a student currently pursuing masters in technology which sounds awesome I know but I have a huge problem with my learning capability that I cant focus on a single thing. Now it is getting worse I mean even simplest things don't get in my mind and most probably reason being the extra storage of thoughts at the same time in my mind. Help!
