I have right tonsil bigger than left tonsil.I have problem of gerd and pnd and sometimes tonsil stones also, can you please tell me the reason behind one tonsil large than other.

There is no certain reason for asymmetrical tonsils. But you have to show ENT doctor they have decide it is normal or not.
