Un diagnosed infection
I m having consistent high wbc and stomach pain abdominal pain from a month.before treatment wbc were 19600.after 10 days treatment of meropenum it comes at 12600.now again after a week of disscontinue treatment stomach pain and low grade fever which never go above 98.6.but i feel feverish.and bowl.movement increased 6 times a day.hard stool.

what could be the reason only day time lethargy night time all ok.

WBC count high means you have infection in the body.. mainly bacterial.. it can be any where even in urine also.. so according to the symptoms and conditions medications have to be given.
