Umbilical hernia
My mother is suffering from umbilical hernia.. her age is 60 and her weight is 100... not understanding what to do

Her weight is actually too much. Also she has umbilical hernia. I assume that her BMI would be in 40s. In such a case, performing only hernia can lead to higher chance of a recurrence. If at all you are planning for a surgery, I suggest you to go for Bariatric surgery with hernia surgery as it will make her more healthy and treat hernia as well.
Next Steps
please get an ultrasound of the abdomen to know the exact size of the hernia and the contents.

Get USG abdomen done and send report. She will require operation if it’s symptomatic and increasing
