Umbilical Hernia?
Hi Docs Can you check the attached image and confirm if it is a case of umbilical hernia? I'm very obese and currently on weight loss regime but this condition started occurring before I started workout. Should I lose weight for a year and then get the treatment say after 4-5 months? What do you suggest?
