What does it mean when report says subcentimetric and mesenteric lymph nodes seen? I'm having backpain and pain in right side of my belly button and its radiating on right side of my upper and lower stomach, i have stomach tightness

Looks like you are having urinary tract infection ( cystitis ). That is the reason for lower stomach pain. Mesentric lymph nodes will be slightly enlarged in some people. It's normal. May be due to infection also it can enlarge. Do a urine analysis to rule out urine infection.

Your reports are suggestive of urinary tract infection. As a result of infection, the lymphnode are active and enlarged. Also Do a urine routine microscopy, cbc, kft test.
