Features given suggest a Lipoma.
You should watch for:
- increasing in size or suddenly growing very quickly
- being painful
- becoming red or hot
- turning into a hard or immovable lump
- causing visible changes in the overlying skin
If any of the above features appear, then we may need to evaluate.
If no such signs are there, then no need to worry.
It needs to be taken out if you have bothersome symptoms from it, cosmetic reasons, inability to ascertain diagnosis or interference with the normal body functions.
