Ultrasound for urine retention
As my 5 yr old boy had urine retention..we hv done 2 ultra sound after urine retention and after 15 days of complition of antibitic dose..in both report they dsnt metioned about urethra or urethra stricture..ds it mean there is no pblm about urthral stricture or post void is not because of urethral stricture.

Urethral strictures are seldom diagnosed with an ultrasound. You need RGU .See a Urologist nearby who deals with pediatric patients or connect with me online
