Ulcer on buttcheeks
I had developed an ulcer 3 days back and used t bact ointment since today morning. Is it normal for a puss to be created. I also did warm compresses today twice.

I think I advised you to consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination.
T bact is a very strong antibiotic ointment for local use. If the pus is formed it has to be removed.
