Ulcer like something betwn anus & vulva

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My wife had some ulcer or cut like something between her anus and vaginal area. According to her its very painful while she pee. She doesn't have any history of fungal or bacterial infection. Please help identifying her issue.

The duration of the problem is not mentioned. Also not mentioned whether she used to scratch that area . It can be due to continuous scratching which has produced the lesion. She can apply a combination if mild steroid and antibiotic ointment for a few days. Meanwhile avoid scratching the area.
