Yesterday My mother vomited blood and I also have ulcer is it serious.. she has ulcer from long but this is the first time she vomited blood and she was also under stress

I can understand your concern.
So since she has ulcer from long time, and what are you doing about it?
Why don't you get it treated? Are you waiting for it to perforate?
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
