I was typhoid patient so was diagnosed widal test both o and h was 1:320 I have severe symptoms head ache body ache bone muscles joint pain light fever I use one month treatment but not use and I was have vaccine to but this is also same result how ever I have glucose my heart beat faster and get high fever

2. Was any other tests done besides widal.
Titres in your case are high indeed, but if you have not responded to treatment .alternate diagnosis must be considered.
Also widal is only suggestive of typhoid fever. But given your history there is great possibility.but the time period is 1 month so I will be interested in knowing what treatment you have taken.
