Typhoid with pregnancy. For pregnancy.

Dear sir, My wife is suffering from typhoid for last 1 month. But alopathy medicine didnt work. So start ayurvedic medicine one week before . For last one week she is taking only water fruit juice . But not much improvement i found. She is having some  small types pearls in her neck and arms. Some are reducing new are growing. And back pain persists. And now she is feeling very hungry . She cant more take such fast. And other thing is that she is also prenant now. Last period date was 19 may . So checked at home result is positive. So her hemoglobin is low is 8 . Weight is low 45 kg as height is 5.2. So my question is what medicine should i follow with this ayurvedic treatment. So pregnancy could not be effected. And in diet plan now what must be added to overcome typhoid and safety for pregnancy...
