Typhoid IgM reactive
I am 44 yrs old female. Since last two days had upper stomach ache and headache off and on. Headache was not constant and changed position. Had no fever. Taking pepzera D , imidazole & oflaxacin tablet and probiotic capsule pre 8 since last two days. Stomach and head ache has subsided but not yet fully done. Last two days was loss of appetite but today felt hungry as earlier. Got blood test done today. Typhoid IgM shows reactive and lympho count is 46. Rest all parameters are within range. What should be the next course of action.
