If cefpodoxime is not working for you, then you have likely developed resistance to cephalosporins. In that case, it’s better to start second line of antibiotic(s) depending on your titres. 1:80 titre doesn’t mean infection but doubling/ tripling of titres means typhoid. Attach your latest reports to view your progress and change the course of antibiotics. Mention about all your symptoms. Don’t worry.

Health Tips
1) Maintain hydration. 2) Eat healthy foods. 3) Since typhoid is water and food-borne, you can give the infection to others. So it’s better to isolate yourself till your titre comes down to 1:80, if it hasn’t already.
