Care AI Shimmer
You would need medicines and a good medicine protocol . Also you would need good diet as the salmonella Typhi stays in intestines. So both things need to be taken care of. Liquid and semi solid diet. Fluids – plenty of fluids like Soups(like Maggie, knorr etc) , packed juices(real,Tropicana etc) , water . ORS like Enerzal as much as possible. Mix in warm water and drink as much as possible. Rice Gurrel- Khicdi , Dalia, Porridge, Oats can be taken in small portion multiple times of the day. Please avoid Oily, spicy  and fried food. No outside meal to be taken. No fast food, hotel food. Avoid all meat products and  eggs . Avoid Milk and dairy products except DAHI which can be taken freely. Rest is Best. Less food and more fluids and drinks is the best way to heal quickly. Take all medicines properly as prescribed and come for vaccination to permanently get rid of Typhoid
