Lethargy,fever in evening
Feel feversish every evening after work,body ache,mild fever,tired,after 6 pm almost everyday..mornings are fine,but after meals,this sickness is there.have this problem since last year,CBC,ESR,typhoid tests,vit d test all done, nothing came out.this problem is there for two three months, then it goes,but again it relapses and this has been happening since last two years.please help
