Typhoid Fever
Diagnosed with typhoid fever and have taken treatment for 8 days. Now feeling ok . But today doctor asked me to get tested again. Reports enclosed. Kindly guide me

Yes go for repeat Widal test to see change in titre level. Continue antibiotics meanwhile.

In some cases the Typhoid antigen can be raises even after the course of Rx for 1-2 weeks. If you are asymptotic then do don’t have to do anything. But if you have any symptoms you need to extend your treatment for more days as per your treating doctor.
