Typhoid & Urine infection
He used to get fever from a couple of days with shivering at around 8 in the evening. After doing some testing it came out that he has typhoid and urine infection.. He is under medications for the same from the last 3 days but fever (102-103) and headache is staying constantly and not going away.. Can you please suggest?

Antibiotics should he given iv till fever subside also u do one urine culture

Typhoid report is not mentioned here, Continue the same tablets, if symptoms persists Urine culture test should be done. If necessary IV antibiotics should be given accordingly if fever persist with Typhoid or Urinary tract infection
