I take two metformin tablets per day one with the morning meal and one with the evening meal if I do not eat an evening meal should I skip that dosage

Metformin doesn't cause hypoglycemia. U can take it even if u skip meal. If ur sugar levels are absolutely fine and if u have any kind of gastritis u may skip the tablet.
