So I can't even smile properly it has left a horrible gap. Nowadays the remaining retained canine is paining and bleeding. I think it's going to fall out. Can anyone please help me with good and cost effective suggestion? Cause it's really taking toll on my personal and professional life. Please help me

Get a full mouth xray done to confirm the condition of the canines beneath. If they are positioned straight ,they can be extruded surgically Or :- •Retained canine can be splinted with the adjacent teeth by bonding from behind. •Get permanent canines surgically extracted and go for implants • A removable denture •Temporary cantilever bridge
Next Steps

Hi. As per the present condition of your teeth you will probably require a fixed orthodontic treatment. To better under stand the condition a full mouth X-ray would give us a clear picture. Other options to improve your smile may require fixed crowns/caps to close the space present.
Next Steps
Practo consult an Orthodontist
Health Tips
For time being avoid eating on the side where the tooth is moving.

Hi, i can understand your problem.. first thing we need xray to find out the permanent canines are missing or they are inside the bone(impacted). According to that treatment plan will be changed.. if there is no permanent canine inside, implant is the best option.
Next Steps
please take an OPG first and post it
Health Tips
It can be corrected. No need to worry
