Twin pregnancy
As per NT scan, my one baby is good but the other baby has anencephaly issue. Hence any harm if both the babies grow together, if we dont do fetal reduction.. Or if there is any risk if we do fetal reduction...

Better to get a fetal reduction done now. And doing a fetal reduction always carries a 5% risk of pregnancy loss.

It's a choice. Both are not wrong. Fetal reduction reduces risk of increased fluid formation and early delivery associated with anencephaly and twins Fetal reduction on the other hand is a costly procedure with risk of spontaneous miscarriage for the normal twin. Hence you need to weigh pros n cons yourself.. and decide. Best wishes and prayers.
