Hello, I am an expecting mother and want to have a very healthy baby. I want to him to be very healthy. I am eating all possible healthy things and drinking healthy juices to keep him healthy. I want a fair baby and I want to know if I can diet in pregnancy for fair baby.

Skin colour is genetic , eating any food is not going to change it
