Twin baby weight loss no development
My twin daughters weight 3kg after three months.mother milk is less and using dexogen powder milk but no increase of weight what to do and which milk to provide.any solution i am in tense

You haven't mentioned the birth weight,ideal weight gain is double at 5 months and triple at 1 year of age,so you can estimate accordingly. Rather than the brand of milk,what matters is the way of feeding. At this age,give feeds ONLY on demand,which should be atleast 3 hours apart. Always give breastfeeds first,followed IMMEDIATELY by top formula feed. Ensure correct ratio of water and formula in preparation of top milk,and maintain strict hygiene.
