Dear Madam it depends on the type of tumor... Kindly submit the biopsy, endoscopy and CT Scan reports... Based on that the treatment can be advised upon.. Biopsy is needed to confirm the type of tumor and the treatment can be either surgical or by initial chemotherapy followed by Surgery.... You'll also need a PET scan in many cases to assess the extent of the tumor...
Next Steps
If Endoscopy Biopsy and Scans are not done kindly complete them to get a good assessment of the stage of the tumor and decide on further Management....
