Can stomach tumors be detected through sonography Itself...?
If there is tumor on whole periphery of wall of stomach or any kind..?
Which type of tumor can be detected, if it's possible to detect through sonography?

Go for endoscopy if usg is highly suspicious, most of cancers are intraluminal.. so endoscopy can b very helpful
Also benign lesions and ulcerative causescan be diagnosed well
