Can I take my tt shot after or within 72 hours of cut? And it's been more than 24 hours I have already taken homeopathic tetnus drop? Is it sufficient?. Or I need a injection?

No idea about Homeopathy TT drops. If you already have  primary TT inoculation, then every minor injury does not need it.
