Hi Sir/Madam, My wife has hypothyroid and takes thyronorm 75mg everyday. Today when we checked for TSH reading came in as 0.23. Should she increase the mg of dosage.

The dose needs to be decreased. Since how long she has been on this dose? If she has been on this dose since long, then you can decrease it to 50 mg, then re-check TSH levels after 2 weeks.
