TSH more than 250
Hello doctor, I am 35 years old and I have thyroid TSH level more than 250. I have a medicine calledthyroxine sodium tablet 100mcg, but still my TSH level is not reducing. This problem I have from 2013. But still there is no change. Conculted 3 doctors they only tell to continue the medicine. What shall I do ? Please let me know

It's unusual to have to have TSH of 250 even on regular dose of 100 microgram. If at all its there further work up is needed to look for rare disorders like thyroid hormone resistance. Consult an endocrinologist with all ur reports
