I recently got my full thyroid routine as part of full body checkup my t3 and t4 are in normal range
But TSH keeps varying, it has varied from 4 to 9 on different days,i got it checked 4 times in a month last time I checked it was 5.5
I have noticed that if i am physically active and eating proper food tsh levels are fine
Is there any reason for this should i visit a doctor?

When your T3 , T4 are normal andTSH level is around 9 it's known as subclinical hypothyroidism
There will be no symptoms exept for elevated TSH
In such conditions no medicine is required keep watching the TSH every 6 months. Why you had to repeat 4 times in a month?
Next Steps
If you are planning for pregnancy you need to initiate treatment after consulting with your doctor and thyroid antibody test is indicated as well
