TSH level is 5.45 in first trimester
I m pregnant. TSH level in first trimester is 5.45. this is my second pregnancy. There was no such issue in 1st pregnancy 8 yrs ago. I m 36yr old now. ANC profile is normal.

Considering pregnancy, this level is high and will require thyroid hormone supplements. I suggest you discus with your gynecologist or endocrinologist if required, since the dose can be decided only after examining you.
