You are a hypothyroid
Diet restriction or diet modification not required.
You need to recheck free T4 and TSH 6 weeks after you started thyronorm, if it is still not in normal range need to modify dose and recheck after another 6 weeks. If it is in range, continue the same dose and monitor every 6 months.
If you are planning to conceive you need more meticulous monitoring.
You need life long thyronorm supplementation
Tests to find out what caused the hypothyroidism (anti-TPO, anti-TG, etc.) are not required and do not alter the course of treatment in any way.
While on long term therapy:
Monitor your weight twice a week. Gross fluctuation - need to recheck fT4 and TSH.
If your bowel habits, sleep or menstrual cycle is disturbed, you need to recheck thyroid status.
