Since how long you been taking 88 MCG,? So if you are taking for a pretty long time, I suggest you wait for another 2 to 4 weeks and repeat TSH and if the value further drops then adjust your dose if not continue the same dose and since you’re pregnant, it’s better to consult endocrinologist
