Hi, as I have flat nipples iam trying to feed baby with nipple sheild but his stomach is not full he is crying after feeding him for more than half an hour.. Can you please help

Hi there
Most important is placing the nipple shield so there should not be air leak from the margins other wise baby can not create a suction pressure & no milk will come in the shield. Also there are so many different nipple shields are available in the market with different nipple, if your baby is not comfortable with one , try another.
It takes some time for baby to adjust with the nipple shield.
Continue doing nipple exercise which you obstetrician must have advised so your nipple may pop up in due time to feed the baby directly.
Expressing the milk & giving by bottle is the last alternative.
Keep yourself calm & cool, no tension, have plenty of liquids & normal healthy food of your choice.
