Trying to sit
Hello Dr. My son is now 4months old. He tries to get up whenever I make him lie on my lap by raising his head and chest and tries to put in lot of effort. I want to know what does it mean ? Is he trying to sit on his own or is there something else

4 month old babies start rolling oner from front to back and later from back to front. Sitting occurs after 6 months. Allow the baby to do what it wants naturally. Don't try to help in any way unless the baby is crying.
