As you have been trying with ovulation induction drugs since 6 months and there is no result, you need to step up your treatment. You can go for iui after tubal evaluation through hsg test. You need to take tablets with 2 or 3 injections to stimulate the egg growth. As there is no good egg development with tablets, injections need to be added. When you get good sized follicle, then naturally you will get good endometrium too.
Next Steps
Hsg test for tubal evaluation followed by trying naturally with injectables or opting for iui.
Health Tips
Lifestyle modification: Exercise daily for 20-30 minutes Take high protein diet like egg whites, sprouts, green leafy vegetables Limit carbohydrates like rice, sugars Drink plenty of water 3-4 litres per day. 10 minutes of meditation to relieve the stress which help in conception. Take care!!
