Dear Practo user, letrozole is one of the drugs for ovulation induction in PCOS but just this might not help. The success rates are less than 10%. You need a number of other drugs sequentially to increase your chances of conception. Follicular monitoring is definitely a good option to know if you are responding or not. If you are not pregnant, you should get your periods around the expected date. If you had prolonged cycles before, you might have prolonged cycles now as well. Letrozole should not be taken more than thrice. Please consult me on Docon app for guidance.
