Trying to conceive

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am 31 years old..and have regular periods..my periods vary from 28 to 32 days.. When is the ideal time in a month when I should have intercourse to get pregnant..some say from 5th day to 15th day..some say 10th day to 18th day.. I tried using fertility monitor and opks but the stress was too much..I just want to ditch them and try without worrying about them..also as me and my husband have a very hectic job schedule so we can't have sex everyday as most doctors suggest..please tell me what to do..

Cycle is not constant it is variable.So to calculate the fertile period you do calculate like that longest cycle minus 11days and shortest cycle minus 18 days.your longest cycle is of 32 days minus 11days then 21th day and 28_18 means 10 th .So your fertile period is from 10 th to 21 days.
