Trying to conceive...
Hello mam..im 34 and I'm having 4 1/2 age child...my last lmp is Nov 8th..from last few months (3 to 4) my period decreasing by one day..so I'm expected yesterday..but It came little bit...just few drops... today morning I got regular period..I'm trying to conceive..from few months we r trying but it is not success...and my TSH and abdomen and pelvis reports are normal...my question is what the date should be considered yesterday or today... and what are dates for conceiving...thank you...

Hi. Your fertile period is from Day 10-20 (17th to 28th). You should have relations with husband every alternate days during this time. All the best!

One day ahead or less doesn’t matter. It’s still considered normal. Mid cycle days are best to conceive. Do husband’s semen analysis.

Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner once at bedtime daily for three months

Use I know kit for detection of ovulation and timed intercourses from day 10 onwards every alternate day. Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown. Avoid Papaya and pineapple

Take today as Ur date when u got bleeding. Keep relations on alternate days from day 10 to day 20 of menses for conceving
