Take a course of antibiotics for thickened endometrium and PID
Take Tablet Ceftum 500 twice a day for 14 days
Take Clingen vaginum pessary for 6 nights at bedtime once every night when not having periods

Take partner treatment with same medication if applicable
Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
