We have been trying for pregnancy from last month. I did an ovulation test and when it was postive we tried having sex. But I get too much stressed and my body doesn't lubricate itself properly. I can have sex on normal days. But when it comes to having sex for pregnancy specifically on my ovulation days, I get stressed. Can we use a lubricant?? Is it okay for conception? Thanks. Also is there a way of doctor can inject sperm into the vagina without sex on ovulation day. Is that a thing and how much it costs?

You can use plain water.
Any other lubricant used is not sperm friendly and it will damage sperms.
Injection of semen into the uterus is a standard procedure which is commonly practiced by Gynecologists.
