Ashwagandha is not a proven treatment for PCOS or infertility. While some small studies suggest it may help reduce stress and improve general well-being, there is no strong evidence that it improves ovulation or pregnancy rates in women with PCOS. Since you have already undergone 5 cycles of ovulation induction and 1 IUI, a detailed fertility evaluation is advisable before trying supplements. Continue your healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, yoga, and a balanced diet, as these remain the cornerstone of PCOS management. Depending on your evaluation, your gynecologist may recommend evidence-based options such as myo-inositol, metformin (if indicated), or further fertility treatment. For a personalized evaluation and guidance regarding the next steps in your fertility journey, you may connect with me through an online consultation.
