Trouble With Sleep
I have trouble getting to sleep, i move around a lot in my sleep, i toss and turn for 2 hours before i can get to sleep, i am tired and drowsy all day, even after getting 8-9 hours of sleep, when i wake up my sheet is basically on the floor, and i am in a crooked position, i am tried all the time, my legs hurt all day and night, i have been having frequent nightmares for the past 3-4 days too.

First of all you don't need to worry about your problem. These symptoms are experienced by almost all teenagers your age.
Next Steps
Make sure you stop using your mobile phone 1 hour prior to your sleep time. Eat a light dinner, eating heavy at night delays your sleep. Drink plenty of water before sleep
