Trouble sleeping, constantly feeling alo
I can't sleep no matter how hard I try I can never get to sleep only sleeping through pure exhaustion. Even with sleep i tend to be irratable and emotional snapping at people, I've started to stop eating meals and just eating comfort food as much as I can and I find it hard to go even a day without physically showing my emotions usually by crying. I also find it very hard to control my anger, ive recently found it hard to concentrate and motivate myself. I've also recently had many headaches.
