Trouble breathing when sick
Is it normal to have trouble breathing when sick? I have had a runny nose and congestion for a few days and tonight I started feeling like I can’t breathe well when I’m talking to my kids or when I’m doing chores around the house. I have to take very deep breaths. There is also a slight tightness in the center of my chest below my throat.

You could have asthma triggered by a viral infection.. you should get your lung function and chest x ray done to ensure it is nothing more than a regular cold. See a pulmonologist with the reports
