Trouble breathing and chest pains
I have been trouble breathing when lying on back..and chest pain happens..no continuous cough(do have cough but not continuous) and no fever..Having Nausea and vomiting tendency..taking short breath and nausea..head spins and at that time sweating and numbness in body.. Trouble breathing (Short breath while lying in back) and chest pain has been happening from around 5-7 days.. Should I go to a hospital..?? Is it safe to go hospital amid this??

Having chest pain, breathing difficulty, sweating, giddiness, nausea.. Need a urgent evaluation, could be cardiac emergency also some times... But for your age unlikey.. Anxiety also some times cause..But better to ruleout anatomical cause first before it's labelled as anxiety..

With your history of breathlessness on lying down with vomiting and chest pain it can be a simple gastric problem to some complicated cardio respiratory.
