Hi, i have had C Section 2 months back, my baby's paeditricion asked me to start calcium iron.
Can i take trimacare 3 ?

I am sure even your Gynaecologist would have advised you to take Iron, Calcium and Folic acid for at least 6 months after delivery.
Trimacare is a combination of Calcium and Vitamins. It doesn't have Iron.
So if you take Trimacare then you have to take additional Iron
