Triluma Cream- Can I restart application
I got burn scar on my nose. My dermatologist prescribed me Triluma RD cream with 2% hydroquinone & Biluma cream. I need to apply Triluma cream at night and in morning Biluma cream. it's been one week that i used Triluma at night , i have not tried biluma yet as i am afraid to get reverse effect. My scar was of Dark brown-black color which is reduced to now light brown and some skin is pink now. I want to stop the use of creams for some days like 4-5 days and want to restart it again. Is it okay to do it to get more effect? i am not going in sun light or out also. but i feel it is not effective and my skin around the scar is becoming white as i am having wheatish skin. Please help me i need to remove or at least light the scar fast.

Thanks for the query. You need to be compliant with treatment to get good and early results. Please do not discontinue usage of the ointments during the course of treatment. Continue using Biluma and Triluma to get optimum results. The advance treatment option includes Fractional CO2 lasers in multiple sessions and is currently the procedure of choice. Other options include dermaroller with or without mesotherapy, subcision and some other procedure. Hope it helps
