I have been suffering from Melasma since the last 4-5 years, there are dark patches around my cheekbones and considering i have a fair skin tone, it is very much prominent and visible. I took cosmo peel and laser treatments 2 yrs ago which wasn't fruitful at all.
I consulted a dermatologist and have been advised to use "Triluma" cream twice a week. Since i have started using it (since the past two weeks) i can see my skin flaking and being dry.. and whenever i use my sunscreen (Neutrogena Ultra Sheer) i feel a tingling burning sensation. Is this normal?

you are using increased quantity of the cream probably... give a break for a few days... and then decrease the amount of cream you are applying....if still persists need to get it examined and properly assessed.. just by reading description there is limitation on the extent of understanding of the probable causes. hope this is helpful.
