Triglycerides
My Triglyceride level has been around 170-180 for past 6-8 months. I started to exercise (3-4 days a week for approx 20-25mins - mostly cardio) and noticed positive difference in my stomach (earlier it used to feel bloated). I also went for a weekend trip and did the test 3 days post returning. Now the triglycerides have increased to 213. I haven't had lot of outside food except for 2 days trip. What could be the possible reason for this increase ? Cholesterol has also increased from 198 to 261. This increase in triglycerides and cholesterol is compared to previous month only. Please advise.

Re do the tests after 3 days of low fat diet. Do the test in the morning only (after over night fasting). If it's still high, have to intervene
